Shrink Waste to 10% of Its Volume with Large Waste Balers
Large waste balers make light work of converting high volumes of packaging such as cardboard, paper and plastic into dense, mill-size bales that are welcomed by recyclers. Baled waste can occupy as little as 10% of its original volume, making it easier and more cost-effective to handle, store and transport.
Extra-wide loading apertures minimise the need for folding cardboard boxes and sheets before crushing. This, of course, saves valuable time and effort when processing large volumes of waste.
The flagship model in the Ag-mac range is the V650 Large Waste Baler, which truly makes a molehill from a mountain of waste!
Vertical balers producing mill-size bales
Wide feed aperture to minimise pre-folding of material
Retaining claws prevent spring-back of material while baling
Bales tied-off with wires or polyester strapping, according to user preference
Automatic bale eject mechanism
Robustly engineered for long-term reliability with minimal maintenance
For use where there are significant volumes of material for baling, the Ag-mac V550 produces bales weighing up to 550kg that are ideally sized for optimal loading of shipping containers for efficient storage and transportation:
48 bales (760 x 1200 x 1500mm) stack in 3 layers of 16 to fill a 40′ container or trailer
The target bale weight for payload optimisation is just over 500kg, making a full load of 25 tonnes.
The flagship model in the Ag-mac range, the V650 is designed for use in high-volume applications, producing large, heavy bales to maximise revenue from waste materials such as cardboard and plastics.
