Agritel is a proudly British, family-run packaging specialist based in Oswestry, Shropshire. Founded in 1996 by John and Brenda Duffus, Agritel began as a telephone-based supplier of crop packaging to the UK’s agricultural sector – hence the name ‘Agritel’.
Following a strong start, the outbreak of foot and mouth disease in 2001 brought unprecedented challenges to the agricultural industry. Agritel responded by strategically expanding into the industrial packaging sector – a move that has since shaped our core offering.
Today, we proudly serve both the Agricultural and Industrial ‘Goods Out’ Packaging sectors, as well as supplying high-performance waste and recycling equipment to customers across the UK.
Over the years, we have developed and launched our own trusted product ranges including Stag Baler Twines, Stag Netwrap, Agritel Toptex Hay and Straw Covers, and Agritel Silage Clamp Covers – all designed to deliver exceptional performance, value, and reliability.
