Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes — we welcome bulk orders and supply many customers at scale across agriculture, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. If you are ordering high volumes, please contact us for pricing. We can often offer improved rates, delivery efficiencies, or full pallet quantities tailored to your business needs.

I need bespoke sizes, specifications or packaging — can you help?

Absolutely. We regularly supply custom and made-to-order packaging, including:

Do you offer pallet wrapper servicing or repairs?

Yes. If you have a pallet wrapper on site, our engineering partners can provide:

  • Scheduled servicing
  • Breakdown and repair call-outs
  • Consumable parts
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Machine assessments and setup support
  • Pallet wrap usage breakdown

Whether you purchased it from us or elsewhere, we’re happy to help keep your kit running efficiently and safely.

Are you the UK distributor for Toptex?

Yes — Agritel is the sole UK distributor for Toptex, the market-leading breathable crop cover fabric trusted by farmers, stores and contractors nationwide.

Which Toptex covers can Agritel supply?

We provide a wide range of Toptex cover types, including Potato, Woodchip, Sugar Beet, Fodder Beet, Compost and Red Beet. We supply single rolls, multiple rolls and full pallet quantities, and we’re always happy to help with sizing, availability and delivery options.

Do you offer full pallet rates or bulk pricing?

Yes — many customers buy pallet quantities of Toptex and packaging products. We can quote on full pallets, multi-pallet supply, seasonal volumes and contract arrangements.

Can you mix bulk packaging with Toptex in one order?

Yes. Many customers combine Toptex, pallet wrap, tapes, bale and crop protection and pallet protection materials in a single order. We’ll consolidate your consignment efficiently — which can sometimes reduce delivery cost.

Do you deliver to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or Offshore?

Yes, we do — but these destinations do not qualify for free delivery over £300. Please contact us for a delivery quotation if you are located in Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland or any offshore destination.

Is delivery free?

Orders over £300 (ex VAT) are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses. Orders below £300 will be charged based on order weight and location, calculated automatically at checkout.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

If the order is placed before 1pm it will be a same day dispatch for parcels and before 10am for palletised items. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Fast turnaround is something our customers consistently rate us highly for. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Who delivers my order?

We only use trusted national networks known for reliability and professional handling. Depending on your order, this may include ParcelForce, Royal Mail, DHL or The Pallet Network.

Can my order be left in a safe place?

Yes. If you’re happy for the delivery to be left without a signature, simply enter instructions in the Order Comments at checkout.

What if I don’t have a forklift for pallet deliveries?

Just let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange a tail-lift delivery to assist with off-loading.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Select “Collect from Agritel” at checkout. Collections are available Monday–Thursday, 08:30–16:30, Friday 8:30-15:00 (excluding Bank Holidays).

What should I do if there’s a delivery issue?

If you have access restrictions, limited opening hours or other considerations, please let us know at checkout. If something changes after dispatch, call us — our team is always happy to help.

What if my goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact us immediately. If goods are damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we’ll arrange replacement or collection at Agritel’s expense.

Can I return items that aren’t suitable?

Yes. If goods are in new, saleable condition, we’re happy to accept returns. We’ll refund your purchase (or offer an alternative product) once goods are received and inspected. We simply ask that you cover the cost of returning them.

Do you limit bubble wrap or foam rolls per order?

Yes. Large bubble wrap and foam rolls are limited to four per consignment due to shipping volume. If you require more, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

How do I update my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t yet dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once in transit, redirection charges may apply.

Can I request timed delivery?

Yes. For pallet deliveries, next-day and timed upgrades are available on request. Contact us for options and pricing.

Will I need to sign for delivery?

Our small parcels are automatically placed onto a “no signature required” service, if you have a specific location you would like it to be left, please leave a comment when completing your purchase, the driver will otherwise choose a safe place themselves. If they do not feel it is safe to leave out, they will take it back to the depot to be re-delivered on a next working day service.

How do I know if my order will be shipped as a parcel or pallet?

Standard-sized items go via courier parcel networks. Large, heavy or bulky orders may be palletised. If this applies, we will advise you on receipt of order.
