Fast, Reliable Delivery You Can Trust

Our customers regularly tell us that our delivery service is one of the best parts of ordering from Agritel. We take that seriously.

From the moment you place an order, our priority is simple:

Get your goods to you quickly, safely, and exactly as expected.

To achieve that, we only work with trusted UK delivery networks known for reliability and care, including ParcelForce, Royal Mail, DHL and The Pallet Network.

Our Despatch Promise

  • Orders received by 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day (palletised orders by 10am).

  • Almost all orders leave us within 1 working day.

Fast dispatch is something we’re proud of — and our customers consistently rate us highly for it.

Delivery Methods

a) Parcels (Next Working Day as Standard)

Most orders are delivered by one of our premium parcel networks on a next-working-day service.

Delivery windows:

  • Commercial addresses: 08:30 – 19:00

  • Domestic addresses: 08:30 – 19:00

Our drivers will leave the parcels in a safe place, if you have a specific place you would like them to leave your parcel, simply tell us in the Order Comments at checkout and it will be passed onto the couriers.

Some small orders may be sent via Royal Mail as a large letter.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.
Changes made once the order is in transit may incur a re-delivery charge.

b) Pallets

Large or heavy orders may be dispatched by pallet via The Pallet Network.

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 working days

  • Signature required on delivery

  • Next-day and timed upgrades available on request — please call or email us for pricing

If you do not have a forklift, let us know and we will do our best to arrange a tail-lift offload.

Please also notify us of any access restrictions or limited opening hours so we can ensure a smooth delivery.

c) Collection

If you prefer to collect your order, simply select “Collect from Agritel” at checkout.

Collection times:
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:00 (excluding Bank Holidays)

d) Special Instructions

Any delivery notes — including access information, What 3 Words, opening hours or leave-safe instructions — can be entered at checkout.
We always aim to help wherever possible.

Carriage Charges

Orders over £300 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery to most UK mainland addresses.

Orders below this threshold will be charged carriage based on order weight and delivery location.
This is calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns

We Stand Behind Our Products

If something isn’t right, we’ll put it right — quickly and without hassle.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If any item is damaged, defective or not as ordered, we will arrange replacement or collection at our expense.

Please contact us immediately by phone or email so we can resolve it swiftly.

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers within the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 7 working days of receiving their goods.

If you wish to cancel within this period, please call or email us.

Not Quite Right?

If the product isn’t suitable for your needs, we are happy to accept returns.

Provided the goods are in new, saleable condition, we will refund your purchase or offer an alternative.

We simply ask that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
