The Robopac Ecoplat Plus is a robust and easy-to-use semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine, designed for businesses looking to improve the consistency and efficiency of their pallet wrapping operation.
Stretchwrap is applied more consistently and economically by machine than by hand, helping to improve load stability while reducing unnecessary film use. The Ecoplat Plus FRD uses a manually adjustable mechanical brake film carriage, allowing the operator to control film tension to suit different pallet loads and film types.
For further savings, the Ecoplat Plus can be used with a suitable high-performance stretch film. Selecting the correct film and machine settings can significantly reduce the amount of plastic required per pallet compared with conventional hand wrapping, while providing a more consistent wrapped load.

Film Carriage
The Ecoplat Plus FRD is fitted with a mechanical brake film carriage. Film tension is manually adjustable, with an indicator to help the operator maintain a consistent setting.
A tension release lever allows the film to be pulled from the carriage and attached to the pallet without changing the selected tension setting.

We have been selling the Siat One Wrap semi-automatic pallet wrapper for over 10 years. Used in conjunction with a high-performance film, it provides all the benefits of a machine with a power pre-stretch unit at about half the cost.
Stretchwrap is applied more consistently and economically by machine than by hand and, even using a standard machine film, the cost per pallet wrapped can be significantly lower. The biggest savings come from using a high-performance film with the One Wrap, which can reduce the amount of plastic used by as much as 60% and substantially cut the cost per pallet wrapped.
