Corded Bale Polyester Hotmelt Strapping

The perfect solution for heavy duty applications. Our reels of corded strap (also known as non-woven polyester cord strapping, baling tape or bale press strap) is a high quality, strong solution to securing products of all shapes and sizes. Made up of polyester filaments that are glued together, this strapping is extremely durable and has a high breaking strain.

• Typically used for the same application as other strapping materials, cord strapping offers great strength and high breaking strain making it ideal when securing heavy pallets, containers or for bundling industrial items.
• Corded strapping is stronger than standard polypropylene (PP) strapping or polyester (PET) strapping. It is more flexible than our Composite Polyester Strapping and also substantially lighter than steel strapping, making it more user-friendly.
• Bale strap tape does not tear or fray and can be used in conjunction with heavy duty steel buckles and a basic tensioning tool or hand tied.
• Lightweight but strong, corded polyester strap is ideal for general packaging applications – such as bundling round or irregular shapes – and for securing products to pallets. Its strength makes it a viable alternative to steel strapping, offering good weather resistance without the risk of rust marks and it’s kinder on the hands!
• Corded polyester bale strap tape is great for tying-off baled waste material such as plastic or cardboard – we recommend it for use with our Ag-mac waste balers, or any similar bale press.
