Parcel tape and general-purpose tape in a variety of grades to suit all applications
Our most popular tapes are 48mm (2″) wide but we also stock extra-wide 75mm (3″) tape for larger, heavier parcels. All clear hand tapes are 66m long.
We supply packing tape with a choice of three adhesives. Polypropylene (PP) tape with acrylic adhesive is a great value everyday tape, ideal for general-purpose use and works well on most parcels. If you’re sealing parcels all day, it’s worth paying a little extra for the low-noise version: it dispenses quietly from the roll and is far easier on the ears!
Our best-selling parcel tape is the PP with hotmelt adhesive, perfect for sealing cartons and hundreds of other applications!
If you need to seal cartons for coldroom or freezer storage, a solvent adhesive works in colder conditions than acrylic or hotmelt and remains effective at temperatures down to minus 15 degrees centigrade. Many of our customers with unheated warehouses switch to solvent tape for winter use. For best results, store at 10 – 30 degrees prior to use and apply at 15 – 35 degrees.
