Delivery

Delivery methods

Our standard delivery is by courier on a next working day service; delivery can be any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm.  Our courier prefers to obtain a signature upon delivery but if this is not possible and you would like your goods to be left in a safe place (eg. porch or shed) please notify us at the time of ordering and we will do our best to comply.

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt; orders received by 1.00pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

Some small, light items are sent via Royal Mail and postage and packing is included in the price.  These items are clearly identified in the product description.

Customers can opt to collect their order from our premises in person or via a third-party courier: select 'Customer collection' at the Shipping Methods stage of check-out.  Our opening hours for collections are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.  Click Contact Us for our address and location.

Carriage charges 

Orders over £300 (excluding VAT) will be shipped carriage-paid.  Orders below £300 (excluding VAT) will attract a carriage charge based on the total weight of your order.  The carriage charge is calculated at check-out.

Geographical coverage

The delivery service and carriage charges detailed above apply throughout the UK mainland except Scottish Highlands (defined by postcode: AB37-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1-28, IV30-37, IV40, IV63, KW1-3, KW5-14, PH15-26, PA21-40, PH30-41, PH49-50).

Exceptions

We restrict the quantity of standard bubble wrap rolls that can be supplied in a single consignment to a total of three, including mixed orders (eg. more than one type of bubble wrap).  If you require larger quantities of bubble wrap, please call 01691 671496 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Returns

Problem with the goods?

Any goods that are damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly (ie. not as per order) will be replaced or taken back and refunded at Agritel's expense.  In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 7-day cooling-off period

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Not the right product for you?

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any other reason, we're happy to take it back.  Provided that the goods are in saleable condition, we will refund your money or offer an alternative product if appropriate; we ask only that you cover the cost of shipment back to us.  Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
